Facility Standards: Medical centers must maintain their facilities to a high standard, ensuring cleanliness, safety, accessibility, and appropriate infrastructure for patient care.
Insurance and Liability: Medical centers must carry adequate liability insurance and agree to indemnify the licensing company against any claims arising from their operations.
Ethical Practices: Medical centers must conduct their operations with integrity, honesty, and transparency, and must not engage in any unethical practices such as patient exploitation, fraudulent billing, or kickbacks.
