  2. Documentation: Medical centers must provide accurate and up-to-date
    documentation including licenses, permits, certifications, and accreditation from
    relevant medical and administrative authorities.
  3. Quality Standards: Medical centers must adhere to established quality
    standards for healthcare delivery, patient safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
  4. Compliance: Medical centers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations,
    and guidelines governing healthcare practices, including but not limited to
    medical ethics, patient privacy (HIPAA or equivalent), and data protection laws.
  5. Continuing Education: Medical centers must demonstrate a commitment to
    ongoing staff training and development to ensure the provision of high-quality
    care.
  6. Facility Standards: Medical centers must maintain their facilities to a high
    standard, ensuring cleanliness, safety, accessibility, and appropriate
    infrastructure for patient care.
  7. Insurance and Liability: Medical centers must carry adequate liability insurance
    and agree to indemnify the licensing company against any claims arising from
    their operations.
  8. Ethical Practices: Medical centers must conduct their operations with integrity,
    honesty, and transparency, and must not engage in any unethical practices such
    as patient exploitation, fraudulent billing, or kickbacks.
  9. Reporting Obligations: Medical centers must promptly report any incidents,
    adverse events, or violations of regulations to the licensing company and
    cooperate fully in any investigations.
  10. Renewal and Revocation: Licensing agreements are subject to periodic
    renewal based on continued compliance with terms and conditions. The licensing
    company reserves the right to revoke licenses in case of non-compliance or
    breach of terms.
  11. Fees and Payments: Medical centers must pay all applicable fees and
    charges associated with the licensing process and ongoing maintenance of the
    license.
  12. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the licensing agreement shall
    be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as determined by the
    licensing company.
  13. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any
    proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the licensing process.
  14. Amendments: The licensing company reserves the right to amend these
    terms and conditions as necessary, with reasonable notice provided to medical
    centers.
  15. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in
    accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the licensing company
    operates
